Shortly before leaving home to view the vehicle I received a phone call saying it was in the workshop and unavailable for viewing. I still visited he dealership and met the salesman to allow my wife to look at the size and space in a manual version on their forecourt. The next day we were phoned and informed that the car we were interested in had been sold by the Swansea branch. I asked to be kept informed of any estate cars that met my brief that became available in the future. I have noticed cars that I would have been interested in listed including the car I originally wanted to view being readvertised but have not been contacted by anyone. I find this very disappointing and expected better from a Mercedes main dealer.
